This option means that you will receive an additional unfolded copy of your letter, as well as the folded letter inside the Hogwarts envelope. Your order is then shipped flat to safety, and the extra copy can then be used to frame or just save as a keepsake ?

All of our pre-worded letter offerings are prepped ahead of time (especially during the holidays for the rush ?). Because of this, we are not able to edit the wording of those letters.

This year the Shop will accept Christmas orders up until December 15th at midnight. All orders placed before then will be guaranteed to be shipped within their listed time frame (each listing has it's own information). With our base free shipping option, this allows more than enough time for our hardworking Postal Workers to deliver your package in time for the big day. However we of course cannot give any guarantees once the package is out of our hands ❤ However we guarantee to have your order finished and on it's way within 5 business days at the maximum.If you are worried about a time crunch, please consider upgrading your shipping option at checkout, or contact us if you have any questions at all.
