"Early" Hogwarts Letter

This letter is for a child UNDER the age of 11 and is being accepted in to Hogwarts. If you're not familiar with the books/movies, a child typically receives their letter to Hogwarts on/around their 11th Birthday. This letter makes an exception for special students who are under that age!

The letter reads:

"Dear Mr./Ms. (Your Recipients Last Name Here),

We are pleased to inform you that due to your impeccable performance in school for Muggles, we have decided to make a very rare and special exception and admit you early into Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Congratulations! Please find enclosed a list of all necessary books and equipment, as well as your ticket for Platform 9 3/4. We await your owl at your earliest convenience.

Yours Sincerely,

Minerva McGonagall

"Late" Hogwarts Letter

This letter is for a teen/adult over the age of 18 and is being accepted in to Hogwarts. If you're not familiar with the books/movies, a child typically receives their letter to Hogwarts on/around their 11th Birthday. This letter explains why their letter never arrived.

The letter reads:

"Dear Mr./Ms. (Your Recipients Last Name Here),

We are pleased to inform you that you have a place at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. You are receiving this letter late as many of our Muggle-born records, including yours, were lost during the war. We have been hard at work reconstructing them since. I apologize for any inconvenience or disappointment this may have caused.
Here at Hogwarts we welcome witches and wizards between the ages of 11-18. If you fall outside of this range or if you are already pursuing or pursued an alternate form of education, Hogwarts has opened its doors online where you may enroll in select classes throughout the year.
Please find enclosed a list of necessary books & equipment, required for all First-Year students both either for on-site and online classes. A ticket from Platform 9 3/4 has also been included, so you can visit whenever you would like.

Yours Sincerely,

Minerva McGonagall

Headmistress
